Event Guide
Milan holds a special place in our history. It was not only one of the first cities to host our events — it is the true beating heart of Vacation Rentals in Italy.
We return to our main hub with a renewed edition: leaner, more refined, and incredibly packed with value.
In a market where innovation constantly rewrites the rules — from sales strategies to predictive data use, to new guest booking habits — SCALE Italia 2026 gives you the keys to navigate change, grow, and consolidate your business.
We’re introducing a brand-new vertical format built from the ground up for one purpose: revenue and profitability.
A full, immersive day dedicated entirely to short-term rental revenue management, developed in collaboration with Full Price, Italy’s leading revenue management consultancy.
Expect deep dives into pricing strategies, distribution optimisation, and data-driven decision making — straight from the experts who live and breathe this every day.
Every session, every case study, every panel is tailored specifically to the Italian short-term rental market.
We don’t import generic content — we build the agenda around the unique dynamics, regulations, and opportunities that matter to property managers operating in Italy.
From local tax frameworks to regional guest behaviour patterns — this is content that speaks your language, literally and strategically.
Master the tools that are reshaping the short-term rental industry.
Learn how to leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, sell smarter, and stay ahead of booking trends before your competitors do.
From automation to predictive analytics — discover what it really takes to operate at the next level.
Navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape with confidence.
Understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
Explore new business models and formats that are emerging across Europe — and learn how to position your business for long-term success.
This isn’t your average coffee-break chatter.
SCALE brings together Italy’s most ambitious property managers in an exclusive, relaxed environment built for real connections.
No sales pitches. No awkward small talk. Just meaningful conversations with the people who are shaping the future of the industry.
We don’t do gurus. We don’t do fluff.
Every session, every speaker, every slide is vetted for one thing: practical value you can apply the moment you walk out the door.
No theory. No upselling. Just the sharpest strategic and operational content in the industry — because your business deserves nothing less.
